Sustainability in the food industry
Study on sustainability in the FMCG industry 2021 (only German)
Lebensmittel Zeitung (dfv Medien-gruppe) and ZNU regularly publish the study on ‘Sustainability in the FMCG sector 2021’. The fourth edition is already in preparation. The publication will describe the current status of sustainability orientation in the retail and consumer goods industry in detail. Stumbling blocks, but also potentials through sustainability will be highlighted and the mutual expectations of manufacturers and retailers will be visualised.
The newly developed climate guidelines help companies in the food industry to take a holistic view of climate protection and implement the necessary measures for resource-saving production methods.
Together with the Fachverband der Gewürzindustrie e.V., we have determined the status quo of sustainability orientation in the spice industry in order to accompany the 95 member companies of the trade association on their sustainability journey.

ILoNa - Innovative Logistics for Sustainable Lifestyles (only German)
The ‘Innovative Logistics for Sustainable Lifestyles’ (ILoNa) project addresses the question of the extent to which players along the entire logistics chain through to the consumer can make a contribution to sustainable services in the logistics sector. The paper summarises tools that have proven to be particularly helpful for the practical implementation of a sustainability strategy by logistics companies.
