ZNU-Campus: Training program
When it comes to our future, basic knowledge is just as important as the integration of the latest findings and their testing and implementation. This is exactly what the ZNU Campus offers with its training courses. From information and exchange to the application of methods and tools to real-life case studies for certification, further training is available here for different roles and at different levels.
ZNU - Sustainability Manager (only German)
In this 3-day seminar, participants are given an overview of the key elements of sustainability management: challenges at both company and product level are considered and common methods for dealing with them are tested.
ZNU - Standard for Newcomers (English events available)
Get to know the approach of the ZNU-Standard Driving Sustainable Change: from an overview of the most important requirements to field reports from practical implementation.
ZNU - Standard Training: Revision 2026 (only German)
This 4-hour training on the ZNU-Standard 2026 brings you up to date on the individual requirements and possible means of verification, and explains the most important changes to you.
Sustainable Leadership (only German)
Theoretical and practical content and tools for change agents for sustainability to shape leadership and processes.
ZNU qualification for supervisory and advisory boards (only German)
The qualification is intended to enable advisory boards and supervisory boards to grasp and assess the increasingly relevant topic of sustainability both in regulatory and, in particular, strategic terms.
ZNU - Standard Training for auditors (only German)
A training course to qualify as an assessor or to become familiar with the ZNU-Standard for use in the company.
ZNU - Standard Training for internal Auditors (only German)
For internal audits under the ZNU-Standard Driving Sustainable Change to succeed ideally and deliver the greatest possible added value, the competencies of the auditors involved in the certification process face particular challenges. Learn about all the requirements of the ZNU-Standard and find out how these requirements can be demonstrated, how improvements and notes are documented, and how the evaluations are carried out.
