With the motivation to produce high-quality journalism, Bernd Biehl has been a permanent member of the Lebensmittelzeitung since 1988. He was head of the Journal department and has been a member of the editorial team since 2001. His interest, his know-how and his ability to ask the right questions characterize him. He observes both the German food industry and global developments. As a business journalist, he acts as a market observer, fact-checker and advisor. He also communicates his findings in commentaries and lectures.

In addition to his membership of the ZNU Advisory Board, he is committed to promoting young talent in the food industry through his work on the Board of Trustees of the Goldener Zuckerhut Foundation.
