Vita
Kesta Ludemann has been at the ZNU since 2012 and is responsible for the ZNU Standard for Sustainable Management. Thanks to her many years of experience in standard development, execution and implementation, she is the point of contact for all interested companies, certification bodies and other stakeholders. Kesta Ludemann studied ecotrophology at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, specializing in quality management in the food industry. She already gained practical experience in conducting audits and creating audit checklists during her diploma thesis through international cooperation with the interest group “Grenzüberschreitende Integrierte Qualitätssicherung e.V.”, the QS standard and the IKB standard. In the following eight years, Kesta Ludemann gained professional experience in a renowned, internationally active trading company in the food, health and wellness sector. She deepened her auditing experience based on various standards required by the food retail trade as well as the implementation of new management systems through the (supplier) audits she carried out worldwide and through her additional qualification as a “Quality Auditor”. The increasing demands of both the retail trade and the end consumer brought her to the topic of sustainable management.
