Sustainable Leadership (only German)

Look forward to the 2-day qualification that will enable you to look at challenges in the transformation process from a new perspective. You will develop various solution strategies with the aim of systematically and practically translating sustainability into potential.

Description

Managers are increasingly required to act as change agents. They must recognize trends at an early stage and translate and utilize them for their own company. In doing so, it is important to reduce complexity, i.e. to identify the key future issues with those involved and to derive goals, identify the people involved and implement concrete measures. The personal role of managers in corporate change processes is challenging, especially if the will and motivation for more sustainable business practices in the company vary or have not yet been jointly established. We provide theoretical and practical content and tools to address the specific challenges of change agents for sustainability and promote the development of skills for actively shaping the change process in the company, for leadership behavior and role.

What is the aim of the training?

The seminar aims to help people develop their personal potential for leadership and innovation in order to turn their passion for sustainability into the success of their own organization. This training focuses on the individual with their strengths and leadership potential. Participants reflect on their own leadership skills in order to become aware of their strengths and make them available for long-term and targeted use in everyday project work.

Who is the training suitable for?

The established compact seminar is aimed at interested MBA students and advanced sustainability managers from industry and commerce who want to expand their leadership skills and actively drive the change process of sustainable management in companies.

How much does the training cost and how do I register?

1,750.00 € (according to § 4, 22a UStG exempt from VAT)
