ZNU qualification for supervisory and advisory boards

The qualification is intended to enable advisory boards and supervisory boards to grasp and assess the increasingly relevant topic of sustainability both in regulatory and, in particular, strategic terms.

Description

The qualification is intended to enable advisory boards and supervisory boards to increasingly better understand and assess the topic of sustainability - both from a regulatory and strategic perspective.

More specifically, the aim is to enable advisory boards (voluntary, but recommended) and supervisory boards (mandatory) to comply with, for example, the review of the CSRD report (if the relevant requirements of the respective company are met).

On the other hand, the supervisory bodies should be able to grasp the strategic opportunities of the topic, in particular how innovations can be initiated and how the future of companies can be actively supported.

Target group

The training is aimed in particular at active or future supervisory bodies. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 15 people. This ensures an appropriate group size and thus interactive work. In addition to top speakers from various disciplines, a joint evening event will take place on the evening of the first day.
