Learn the tools you need to establish and expand sustainability in your company: From the creation of a stakeholder analysis, risk and impact screenings and the dual materiality matrix to the successful communication of key areas of action.
Description
The aim of the three-day seminar is to make the topic of sustainability usable for your core business. You will be enabled to implement sustainability management effectively and credibly in your company. To this end, we offer in-depth insights into specialist topics and practical implementation and test key materiality analysis tools. In small groups (max. 18 people), you will develop individual solutions and learn how to implement sustainability in practice in a structured way. In addition, a university certificate is possible through a company-specific case study. Since 2009, we have trained over 520 specialists and managers

- What is the aim of the training?
You will learn how to develop your core business into a management tool and how to implement sustainability management effectively and credibly in your company. The aim of the qualification is to train pioneers in sustainable corporate management who see the topic as an opportunity for their company and for themselves personally and are able to implement this in their company in a motivated and systematic manner.
- Who is the training suitable for?
The established compact seminar is aimed in particular at those responsible for sustainability in the company, including those from the areas of marketing, project management, quality, purchasing, R&D, HR and management.
- How much does the training cost and how do I register?
for partner companies: Participation fee 2360,-€ (plus VAT) + case study 640 € (plus VAT)
for non-partner companies: Participation fee 2950,-€ (plus VAT) + case study 800 € (plus VAT)
